Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

In the month of October I went to meet my wife and baby at her sister's place where they were staying after her delivery. I am residing in Jaipur and they were in Delhi. When I went to meet my daughter my wife's brother-in-law starting misbehaving with me and even went to the extent of beating me. I was bleeding from my eyes. They then called the police and started framing wrong charges against me. The police saw that I was the only one who was hurt badly and there was no hurt marks on the brother-in-law body. The police new that that all the charges were cooked up they let me go. Next day I took photographs of the injured eyes. What should I do please let me know

You could have created a ruckus at your in laws house but you did not do any thing. File a complaint now against your inlaws or seek a lawyers advice.
