Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

three months back i married with a girl. on first night she told me she is in love with his brother-in-law. and forcing me to give divorce so that she marry his married brother in law. her father and brother done her marriage by force without my knowledge of fact. now his parents are warren me if i give he divorce than the will file a false 498a case and dowry/additional dowry. we went family court for mutual divorce. but court staffs are suggest that we cont file divorce petition before one year of marriage. than we went to Registration office for desolation of marriage and register. and she made self declaration of facts with a notary. now please suggest at the earliest us what steps should we take for her marriage with her brother in law and i should be safe with false 498a. my mail address is [email protected]

If your bride is willing to divorce, then her parents alone can not file a case U/s.498A.
