Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My mother filed a case for dishonoured cheques in the July 2007 against a land developer. After numerous visits to the court a verdict in favour of the land developer was declared in March 2012.
Her lawyer still hasn't got her the court's judgement statement hence she can't approach anyone for legal assistance.
What can she do next?

She or you can apply for a certified copy of the judgment without the assistant of your lawyer. Being woman, your mother is entitled to free legal aid from the office of State Legal Services Authority. Office of such authority is always in the court complex.
Once you have the copy of judgment, you will have to file an appeal before the High Court against acquittal of the developer.
She can apply for certified copies herself or through any other person/lawyer.
