Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Me and my mother has files some criminal cases under Section 494/498A/506 and Domestic Voilance Act against my father .To take the revenge my father is planning to file some fake criminal cases against me as he is +62 so that he can put me behind the bars. Can i take some precaution so that no court cases or summans for my arrest can be put on hold for the time being as he has done some fake medical test and planning to file some cases against me .

I just wanted to inform you that i had sent some sms contaiing some abusing words (Gallis) to him before 9 moths .i have not sent any thretening sms only the some gallis (Abusive ) language i have written in that sms only alongwith it i had sent some positive sms also to him just wanted to disturb him thats all .

Just wanted to know can i take some precautions now as there is every possibility that he will file false criminal cases against me .
