Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My mother joined with my elder brother. Because she didn�t like my marriage and my wife. We were staying in the same house but in a difference portion. The property was in my mother�s name. My elder brother overpowered and threatened my mother who is an illiterate. He subsequently made her signed in some stamp papers in a local registrar office. My mother had no clue what was written in the stamp papers. She was forced to sign it. Though she didn�t know English, she can sign in English. It happened around 18 months back.

Now he abandoned my mother and even threatening her to kill if she is going to make cry out it. He also tries to change and hide all his identity. He is also planning to change his name in the respective records.

Is there a solution to recover the property from my brother. Is there a way to prove his criminal activity.
