Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
mother of a minor girl had filed complaint case at criminal court . court had taken cognizance u/s 366, 366A, 386 and 34 IPc against 6 accused persons for kidnapping and wrongful confinement of a minor girl. Non bailable Warrant of Arrests had been issued . how is the girl to be rescued, if she says she was not kidnapped ?

Get appropriate warrant issued from court for production of girl before the court.
