Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can mother-in-law file domestic violence case against daughter -in-law and if wife put domestic violence case against husband then is it a punishable in any context, if yes then how.

no she can not file against daughter in law
if wife put case against husband she can claim compensation and protection orders
