Regarding Motor Act
Sir, My brother met with an accident and died on the spot which is purely due to negligence of the bus driver. Incidentally, My father also expired one year back.
In this scenario, few of my relatives are trying to claim as dependents to my brother. Is the court of law going to accept these claims in any liberal sense?? Is it possible for any one other than my mother to take part in claiming for compensation? Few lawyers are trying to attract my relatives saying that they also can get a share.. Please guide me.

Your question is vauge,
see once you should understand who are depaendants. all othe rrelative can not come under dependants.

first right is with the son daughter wife husband to file a petition for claim.
dont go with what advocates say when they call you for giving u case on phones. the courts are generous in such cases and only u will get the claim
