Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I myself Mrs. Roy from Delhi would like to say that my daughter named Mrs. Saha is a neuro patient of acture epileptic & from last 12 years she was suffering from this disease. 2008 she got married & due to excess mental and physical torture she was committed suicide. Her husband Shri. Arijit Saha residing at Bag bazaar street & without any intereption continously filed false petition & wrong allegation against my daughter from 2008-2013. He was filed two divorce petition (bankshall court) (1st in bankshall court on sept 08) & (2nd in bankshall court on february 2010 & was transferred to delhi) which was dismissed 2008-2011, after that falsely taking his signature on blank petition and filed absolute false mutual divorce petition gainst my daughter on september 2011 whch is pending till now, then he was filed u/s 200 extortion & robbery case in Patiala court -2011 which is pending and then filed u/s 156(3) in bankshall court 2011 which was rejected after four months now again he was filed 156 (3) in barasat court against my daughter & the charges he was filed 420/193/465/120B of I.P.C. My daughter filed 498A/406/34 in the yr of 2008 december and filed u/s 125 on april 2010. till now he didn�t pay a single penny as for iterim & again he was filed u/s 156(3) on barasat court against my daughter & now he was filed u/s 448/449/408/504/506/379/323/39 I.P.C . my daughter is an acute epileptic patientand his husband non stop filing false cases against my daughter meaninglessly.

Hence I request you to plz kindly do cooperate with me and kindly tell me is there any scope to stay the petition? Magistrate already pass an order for further investigation to the police station. Is there any chances to stop issuing arrest warrant against her? And shall I cancel the bail order of 498A/406//34 against my son-in-law? Bail was guranteed in th yr of 2008 and after that he was started doing all this things. What should I do plz help me. if u cant help me my daughter will commit suicide. Afterall it�s a matter of my daughter life. Plz help me.

It is confusing us if she had committed suicide then against whom he is filing case????????? and If i go on your last line "my daughter will commit suicide ." what is actual and factual position now.
