Whether the munsiff court has no power to grant regular bail under section 437 of Cr.p.c. in a sessions triable case if the accused has got anticipatory bail and has moved for regular bail under section 437 of Cr.p.c.?

once the accused has got anticipatory bail, he has no need to move regular bail under section 437 Cr.p.c, the accused has to simply follow the conditions imposed by the sessions court while granting bail, if there is a condition to surrender before munsiff court, accordingly by submitting copy of anticipatory bail order before the munsiff court and furnish sureties as per direction of the sessions court.
