Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am a muslim.My wife has booked me under 498a case.As i am muslim,i would like to give divorce(talaq) to her now.Is it going to effect my 498a case.Many people are saying it will give wrong opinion to the judge and your chances of getting convicted in 498a case are more because of giving divorce when 498a is pending.

yes, the judge may have an adverse opinion in case you give her talaq. however, you may consult ur lawyer for the same.
