Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Thanks Nahar Sir
Sir - thanks for ur reply. But my second query was -
2. Now after the 1 year of his appeal (Appeal Case status in upper court i.e. ADSC - yet to be heared), though I couldn't file a civil suit for recovery, is there any other legal option for recovery?
As per my info. there is 1 year limitation to file the civil suit for recover. And in my case that limitation is already over. So kindly tell me that- Is that limitation is realy over. Is it true? If yes, what should I do for the recovery?

Re: Thanks Nahar Sir
Limitation for money recovery suit is 3 years from due date of repayment of loan. If your claims are already barred by limitation, there is no remedy.
