Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Nair Service Scheme (NSS) organisation is acting as a pressure group in my area by forcing to join the organisation. Recently I came to know that they are extracting money also from the community in the name of masavari, marana fund etc. Though I had clearly declined to join the group I came to know that they are extracting money in my name from my parents without my knowledge. They are also representing me as a member of NSS without my permission or knowledge thereby acting as a superceding authority and acting against my will. They are branding themselves as label givers of nairs and dividing the community as members and non-members. NSS has caused repeated displeasures to me. I do not want to be a part of such organisations. I want to file a case against the NSS organisation for acting against my will by representing me as their member, extracting money as membership fee and for acting as a pressure group.
