namaste sir we are victims of 498a , we had deposited 15000 fifteen thousand as security deposit, after the case is releaved our advocate took his fee and later asked us to submitt the security deposit recipts, we trusted him and given him, after three months also he did not send the judgement copy on visiting court to apply for a copy then on enquiry we came to know that our lawyer took up that money, on asking him he is threatening us , we belong to middle class family please help how to , whom to approach regarding this, can we contact finance department in that court... please help me 15000 is big amount for me.

Firstly enquire the matter and if no such orders then request to advocate to refund and he refused then u may complaint before Barcouncil
If money is already withdrawn from court by your lawyer, you need to take suitable steps against your lawyer.
