nbw issued without serving warrent.
can the same court cancel it (in absents of accuse, accused is out of state) or need to appeal before the sessions court

An application for cancellation of NBWs can be filed by the lawyer and the accused will have to appear on a specified date unless he is out of India. Read more on criminal law on my website www.karvai.in.
