Ndpc act 1985

Person has committed offence under sec 16,16 & 19 of NDPC Act 1985 in Punjab

1. Can he take anticipatory bail ,from which court.

2. How many plants of Dodas(Poppy) one can cultivate for his own use without effect of law.

3. How much minimum plants of poppy required for sample(weight).

4. If arrested, how much days minimum in jail before he can get bail.

Yes apply for anticipatory bail.Licence required for cultivation.Minimum period is until you get bail as you can apply immediately.

yes,he can apply for antcipatory bail.There is no limitation of living in jail as it depends upon nature of crime.Details are required to be examined to give any advise on the subject matter.In case of need contact with details,professional charges are applicable.

Yes he can apply for the anticipatory bail.You need to contact personally alongwith the details and yes Bail is a rule and jail is an exception so it always depands on the degree of the crime commited.
