Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my neighbor had made a false compliant against me and my family members in a false case and the police have filed an FIR against me u/s 324. After certain explanations the I.O removed my name from the charge sheet.will there be any problems in future. I have applied for the passport will i cross the police enquiry without any problem.....giv m some suggestion

If on investigation of an offence, police or Investigating Officer arrive at a conclusion that you are not involved in the case or no case is made out against you or there is no evidence against you etc., the police have to submit a report to the magistrate and upon acceptance of such report, case is closed.
