if a newly married women went from husbands house after 40 days of marriage with all the ornaments & all valuable things, & many times pray to her for come back. a sec-9 will be filled after 3 month. but she don't care on this matter. after 5 month of marriage she filled a 498A,406,34 falsely. how can the husband protection from the above case.also recovery the things.

sec 9 is a good defence in favour of the husband and he may seek bail on this ground and other grounds available to him.
i agree with Adv Gupta. Husband can hire a lawyer and get himself acquitted in 498a, 406,34
Law of 498A provided protection only to the wife.
However, whenever a case is filed against you, same need to be defended effectively. Engage a lawyer and do the needful.
