Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

NI act

I was living in India and was doing business between 1991 and 2000.

I was in manufacturing and Then we were to planning to go for public issue and issued lot of blank checks as part of buy back the equity agreemets.The business and the public issue market went bad and I had to give up everything the factory,my house and office apartment owned by me.Now I am a permanent resident of U.S.A.I understand they are lot check bounce cases are pending in different courts.Now I am willing to pay the amounts.But do not know any thing about the pending caes.Is there any way to know and settle the cases.

I would suggest that you arrange for a consultation with a criminal defense attorney to advise you on a course of action that may enable you to clean up this check mess with minimal adverse consequences to you as a permanent resident of the United States.
