In ni 138 cases if a complainant sends the goods directly to consumer and there is receipt of the material with them and invoice is raised on accused
what stand accused can take as there is no delivery challan signed by accused and moreover a TRIPARTY AGGREMENT IS REUIRED? AS EXCISE GATE PASS IS ON CONSUMERS NAME AND INVIOCE IS ON ACCUSED WHAT IS STATUS?
