Getting NOC from Lawyer

I've a lawyer and I'm not happy with his services, I want to get NOC from him but he kept on delaying and doesn't respond to my calls.

What else I could do to get NOC or appoint other lawyer?

Serve a notice of termination provided by rules and after expiry of prescribed period, appoint another lawyer.

You can consult the local bar office and take their help in resolving the issue.

You may obtain NoC after you have paid his dues. If you find any problem, you may contact the local Bar Council.

You can appoint new lawyer and rest the new lawyer will do the same.
