Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
In november 2010 one day morning police from a distant district take me to their station and told me that one accused person (crime is fake gold pledging ) has told my name as supplier of the fake gold ,so they try to include me to that case.the accused person is known to me last 6 months and make phone calls between us . police points out the phone calls as the relation between us.they kept me in unotherised custody for one day and released me after sighning some blank papers . now after 64 days i have no news about these case. i am fully tensed about this forged case aganist me . what can i do for getting the present details of this case and what kind of precautions taken legally for this?
