Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am NRI I have to file case u/s 156(3). I have given Power of attorney to fight case/ appear on my behalf to an lady friend of mine in India. She is 55 years old and based in Delhi. She is ready to go to Uttrakhand for first time to file case but can she get personal exemption for future hearings dates.

as she has the power to appoint a lawyer on your behalf, the lawyer may also apply for her exemption. what is the case all about.
