Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
for an offence one person is an accused and another an accomplice what diffentiates an accused from an accomplice. both are involved in same offence. is it the discretition of the i.o to decide it

a crime, even though he take no part in the actual criminal offense.And Accused is a person charged with a criminal offense, or the state of being so charged
