Moral turpitude is a disqualification for holding government post and also certain other statutory posts.
Usually all offenses punishable under IPC are acts of moral turpitude only. In exceptional facts, they may not be. So based on facts of your case leading to a final conviction only, a conclusion can be arrived at.
