Accused has also filed cross complaint that ,, he is denying his signature which he has signed in my presence as well as in the presence of my uncle,,
At that time accused was not aware that everyone,s signature and handwriting is unique as well as thub imprsn
police recorded his statement u/s 161 cr,pc without registration of FIR where he said that he brought already filled form,29,30 and he signed in my presence as well in the presence of my uncle and my father.
His cross complaint ,161 statement and copy of form29,30is subbmited in my court case file
But the form no. (30 which accused attached in his complaint is blank and is with only forg signatre) and he amended 1 wittnes in 161 statement.
