if the original retirement deed/dissolution deed is misplaced/lost of a registered partnership firm and if the retirement deed/dissolution deed is not registered with the registrar .Then is the retirement deed considered valid.

Under Indian Partnership Act, 1932, registration of partnership as also all the changes effect require registration with concerned Registrar of Firms.

Validity or otherwise of any document has several aspects. For example if a third party initiate an action against the firm, then in the absence of due and proper registration of dissolution, all the partners may be held liable, jointly and severally.
