Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

please help me out.divorce case.498 case maintenance case,dv case is going on between me and my husband.once he called us at his place.there he misbehaved.fight occured between father,brother and my hsuband.my brother and husband got injured.Fir was launched by both.but he bribed the police and his case went to court and ours dont know what happend as it was my husband native place.pls give me some idea how thsi case can be quanshed.my father is the anlu person to earn.and case is at ranchi.he has to travel 2 nights in train.injury is like fracture.we are having medical report of my brother which was taken during Fir.pls help my brother and father.they are trapped because of me.
