Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am the owner of a semi Independent house at Tambaram which has two blocks viz block A and Block B and I am occupied in Block B since i had purchased in 2009.The owner of the block A stay in Mylapore. He had rented for four families in a span of two years and because of the landlord attitude no family members continue. Last month he had rented it out to a bachelors who are studying in a college 15km away from our house and they are nearly 8 to 12 boys.I have a college going daughter and i told him amicably that in a family area renting to a bachelors in not advisable as they will cause nuisance to us but he promised that nothing will happen. For a couple of weeks these guys started showing their colors as they were huge noise at night and a lot of movement where by a lot of guys comes and go at night. I spoke to the landlord and also sent him in writing. When the landlord did not listen i made a police complaint though the police let the boys with a warning that they should vacate the premises and issued me a csr.Now the owner is not allowing them to vacate and he had instructed to them to continue. Please advice what i have to do now?

Consider making appropriate police complaint every time there is nuisance created by those college boys.

After couple of complaints, police will take bonds from those boys and upon breach of bond, they will be arrested.
