Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my parents got bailed from dowry case .It was a fake bail given by some people,even we dont know .when bail was given they were in jail and I was in USA.The judge said even though there is no conspiracy involved as the parents were inside the jail but they were the beneficiary ,so in that situation my parents will get a sentence of 2 years .they are old senior citizens.Is there any relief

An appeal needs to be filed against the order of sentence. You can approach a lawyer for preparation of the same along with order of lower court.
