can paretns of a girl take legal action against me and against my family if we marry with each other we both are intercaste if girl is ready for marrige and we both are mature ?

Parents of a girl in such case file a police complaint for kidnap if the girl is below 18 and for abduction if above 18. But in practice, they always resort to kidnap complaint because the punishment is serious under IPC. So you will have to be prepared to show that the girl is above 18 and and is marrying you with her free consent, volition and without any pressure.
