Two Partners a & b created a partnership firm. No business is done. No transaction was made by a. Then after three months of opning joint account dispute between partners arose. b informed the bank to close the account. a issued a cheque after two and half year. What is liabilty of b.

if on the date of issuance of cheque, the partnership firm had not been dissolved, then, b wud be also liable.
