Partnership Act

As a one of the partners I have given authorisation to sign upon any documents to managing partners before 12 years. so far they have not shown books of accounts, not paid any money though I have given dissolution of partnership deed they never cared. What to do. Is it a criminal case,

you can file a civil suit for dissolution of partnership firm in case you intend to evade the liability under partnership act. in case they have misappropriated amount of money under your authorization, then you can file a criminal case. is this a partnership at will.

Mere no furnishing of account does not amount to any offence.

You can file a suit for accounts and other related matter, subject to law of limitation.

You can file a suit for settlement of accounts. Further, whether there can be any criminal action involved will depend on the offence committed by the other partner.

It may not be a criminal case. You may sue them for rendition of accounts.
