Re: Partnership Act
you can file a civil suit for dissolution of partnership firm in case you intend to evade the liability under partnership act. in case they have misappropriated amount of money under your authorization, then you can file a criminal case. is this a partnership at will.
Re: Partnership Act
Mere no furnishing of account does not amount to any offence.
You can file a suit for accounts and other related matter, subject to law of limitation.

Re: Partnership Act
You can file a suit for settlement of accounts. Further, whether there can be any criminal action involved will depend on the offence committed by the other partner.

It may not be a criminal case. You may sue them for rendition of accounts.
