I had given third party cheq agains my father liability . now i am sufering from 138 case so can help me out

Once a cheque has been issued by you, assumption in favour of the holder is that you the drawer of the cheque were liable. If your father is still alive, then you may rebut the liability under section 139 of the N I Act and therefore contest the complaint.
