Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
right now the party is living in Australia but he is a resident of India so is it possible to issue summons on the base of his passport and his Indian address where his parents are living?

the summons can be served through Indian Embassy/Consulate there in Australia.

If person on whom summons are issued is not physically present on a particular address, then summons will return without service.
