Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My passport was seized by Police in a criminal case. I got release order from the court. I'm yet to collect the passport.
Is it possible that Police has put any restrictions/Marks on the passort which hinders me in travelling or any other thing?
Passport was not siezed by the court.

After order of the court Police cannot restrain you or do anything.
