pensioners

a person has recently retired from government services, when he was in service, there was a civil case pending against him, soon after his retirement a criminal case is book against him, on what rules and conditions we can stop his service pension.

You cannot stop his pension. It is between him and his employer and third parties have no authority to intervene.

No way of stopping pension or provident fund. Only court can order the same.

it is difficult to jump to such conclusion The deep study is required as to involvement of such person and direct nexus of such person and loss caused the prejudice and if one can establish the same then only pension can be stopped notr otherwise
