Can a person tried and aqited under Industrial Disputes act be put into trial under IPC 181,182,193,199,205,417,418,419,420,468 onthe same grounds or similar grounds ?

Yes. The relief available under I.D. Act has no connection with the punishment that may be awarded for offences committed under IPC even if the facts are same / similar.
