Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Whether a person, who has been charge sheet-ed by the CBI for any criminal offence for bank forgery, but has not received yet the summons from them to appear before the hearing at the court of Law/CBI, can move for the anticipatory bail in advance (without having the summons)?
