Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
if a person is charged with Section 420 , for fraud and cheating, and under 138 negotiable act, and a FIR is registered against him, is he liable to get bail, or such cases do come under NBW.
What are the process to apply for a bail, if arrest warrant gets underway for a particular person for the above offence.

420 is non bailable and the person has to apply for anticipatory bail.
