Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If a person comittes a crime & runs away from India or crosses the borders of the country, then can he be tried in a foriegn country or can he be deported back to India where he comitted the crime & be procesuted in India. Or will he be a free man abroad ???

in case the offence he committed in india is also a crime abroad, a red corner notice may be issued and the offender may be deported.

if india has an extradition treaty with that country he will be arrested and deported back to india for prosecution
