Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
if any of the person who have committed crime under 307 of ipc accepts that he have commited crime then can the other person arrested can be realised by court without any introgation or not

in case the person who has committed the crime, confesses before the magistrate as per evidence act, this would be considered a valid confession and that person can be convicted for this conviction. confession of a crime is not a ground for release rather a ground for sentencing him to prison.
