Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
if the person A has been convicted and sentenced by the general court martial under the Army Act,1950 and they lodged in civil jail and if he sought a set-off his pre-trial detention against the sentence of imprisonment.are they entitle to get the benefit of sec.428 of CrPC or not?
