Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
a person is trying to take court permission for condone of delay in filing police complaint in sec138 NI act on a bouncing date which is after the validity of 6 months of the cheque,by misleading the court by not disclosing the second bounce memo showing the cheque as stale.
what action can be initiated against such a legal move?
