If accused was acquitted by lower court and convicted by appellate court, then warrant as ordered is essential for arrest.

the accused should immediately approach the Supreme Court and file an SLP against the order of the High Court along with an application for suspension of sentence. as the accused was acquitted by the trial court and convicted by high court, the suspension of sentence would not be impossible.
