what can person do if the FIR is filed against him in 419,420 ipc and 156(3) is applied by filing private complaint and police is not filling the charge sheet even after passing of 90 day from the day of fir filled and police is using the bank balance as a tool to pressurizing for some adjustment for under table money . All though the clear case to civil mater betw the two party of machinery sale purchase installed and run

if you mean closing the case, your remedy is to go for quashing before the high court.once the investigation is closed by filing the charge sheet
