Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A person has forged our signatures on sum cheques & filed 138 NIA. He has also forged signatures on a sale deed against which he alleges the cheques to be issued. The police is not Registering offence because we do not have the original cheques. Is there any way I can bring an order from the High Court directing the police to investigate/register the case? Thank You

With some recent rulings of the supreme court and high court, approaching directly to the high court won't be fruitful.
