Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
a person has fradulently collected money from me promising a site sale which has not materialized. I have lodged FIR on him. now . his unmarried brother is living with him as a joint family. the person has invested about rs 50 lakhs unaccounted money and constructed a house in site owned by his brother. his brpther has no delared income. under what section of IPC and CRPC this benami investment can be attached for recovery of money. .
