Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A person is trying to frame me on charges of cheating and causing him loss on investments made in stock markets . he has sent complaint to EOW where I have gone and explained my postion to the officer about 2 years ago. now he has moved some application u/s 156(3) at court asking for FIR to be registered - so what sort of legal protection should I take to save me from arrest and harassment . Also what counter legal action can I take against this person . kindly advise

A person apprehending arrest may apply for anticipatory bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C.
